Asus is silently working on expansion of its Zenfone Selfie line-up having Zenfone 4 Selfie (2 variants) and Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro on the shelves. The manufacturer has now added ZenFone 4 Selfie Lite targeting particularly the budget audience.

It’s really hard to tell the Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie phones apart due to their largely similar design. The front home button has a fingerprint scanner embedded under it. The phone, like other low-end devices comes with a metal finish having a 5.5-inch IPS panel, likely with HD resolution sporting up to 400 nits of brightness equipped with a blue-light filter.

The Zenfone 4 Selfie Lite is a dual SIM supported device by default running on Android 7.0 Nougat with ZenUI on top of it. The phone comes with a quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor paired with 2 GB of RAM and 16/ 32 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSD slot of upto 2 TB in size. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, microUSB and 4G LTE.

As name implies, the selfie shooter is the main selling point of the Selfie Lite having 13 MP sensor at the front with an LED flash. The back camera also features the same sensor with electronic image stabilization and LED flash.

The device comes with a 3,000 mAh battery, likely not sporting the fast charging option.
