Honor, the sub-brand of Chinese tech leader Huawei, has announced availability of another mid-range device in smartphone market of Pakistan dubbed as Honor 7C that was initially announced in China back in March this year. The device adopts sleek design along with the trending Full-screen display of 18:9 aspect ratio, dual rear camera setup and a selfie shooter with face unlock capabilities.

Honor 7C – Features

The Honor 7C is a dual SIM smartphone by default that runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box with Huawei’s EMUI 8.0 on top. The device sports a 5.99-inch IPS LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 1440×720 pixels. The Honor 7C brings a dedicated SIM card tray on the left side of the panel along with an independent microSD slot so that users fell free to expand storage without sacrificing a SIM.

As far as internals of the device are concerned, the Honor 7C packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor clocked at 1.8GHz maximum and integrated with an Adreno 506 GPU for graphics handling. The smartphone comes in two memory variants of 3GB RAM coupled with 32GB of native storage while a 4GB RAM is paired with 64GB storage foe extended handling of data. However, both models sport expandable memory up to 256GB by using dedicated microSD card slot.

The photography department is dominated by a dual camera setup on the rear located on top left corner aligned horizontally with an LED flash on the inner edge. There is a 13MP main lens on the rear supported by a 2MP depth-sensor for refined portrait mode and facial recognition. However, the front-facing sensor is limited to an 8MP unit with an LED flash for making video calls, capturing vivid selfie shots and to unlock the device.


Honor 7C – Pricing and Availability

Honor has announced availability of Honor 7C in three diverse color options of Blue, Black and Gold for Pakistani customers with a moderate price tag of Rs. 19,999 only for the base model.
