Huawei Honor 8

The much waited photography oriented Android phone from Huawei has officially been launched in Pakistan. We are talking about Huawei Honor 8. The smartphone is literally a DSLR in your hands. Not only this but Pakistan’s largest cellular network, Jazz, has also offered an unlimited 3G internet package with Honor 8.

The Huawei Honor 8 seems to be a crown of craftsmanship in first glance. The handset is 5.2 inches thick with perfect finishing and encased in a fifteen-layer glass. You can feel fine prism lines attracting your eyes due to 3D grating and lithography between the layers. Undoubtedly, the Huawei Honor 8 generates bright colours for an amazing visual effect.

Honor 8 is encircled by a diamond-cut metal frame nicely embedded with 2.5D curves. The metal frame protects the device from occasional drops and rough handling and, of course, it looks gorgeous in your hands.

The 3D fingerprint sensor meshed with Huawei Honor 8 has a self-learning capability; the more you use – the faster it will perform. The sensor reaches up to 0.4 seconds response time, delivering a truly advanced experience in terms of speed, intelligence and security at users’ finger tips.

This stylish flagship model is available in four colors; Pearl White, Midnight Black, Gold and Sapphire Blue. Do not miss the chance to experience this innovative new age technology and adopt a fashionable lifestyle.

The device features on the interior are also as promising as the outer ones. Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the deep, the Huawei Honor 8 comes with a Kirin octa-core CPU chipset containing ani5 co-processor that work in a nice mutual atmosphere to give optimum performance, swift speed, quick response time and enhanced battery life.

On the memory side, the device will not disappoint you as it comes with 32 and 64 GB of built-in storage and that too expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. It also carries a 4 GB of RAM to fulfil all your tasks with quicker response.

The main focus of the manufacturer hits the camera feature of the smartphone. Huawei incorporates a dual-camera of 12 MP sensor at the rear along with one RGB and one monochrome sensor that gives a stunning look to your images.

As there is no optical filter, the monochrome sensor captures three times more light than normal. The sensor improves the dynamic range of the image and reduces noise – even in darkness – bringing supreme image quality.

Huawei has introduced more advanced options for the camera operators such as light painting, beauty mode for panorama frames, slow motion, food mode, HDR, super night and water mark. That is the reason we say it is a DSLR in your hands.

The device has something extraordinary for the selfi enthusiasts. We have an 8 MP sensor at the front perfectly configured for a shareable snap of your own. Both the cameras come with whole bunch of editing tools enabling you to edit not only your captured images but the videos as well.

All these features are kept alive with a power source of 3,000 mAh. The battery comes with Smart Power 4.0 technology enabling the maximum stand-by time. Huawei says the smartphones can survive for 1.77 days under normal usage and 1.22 days under heavy usage with single charge. You can enjoy a 10 hours offline video experience as well.

Honor 8 delivers a world-class 9V/2A charging experience, reaching almost 50 percent charge in just half an hour. For emergency situations, you’ll get two-hours of phone time or six-hours of offline music on a mere 10 minute charge.
