Apple is reportedly working on to bring three iPhone devices in the current year. This was first revealed by a famous leakster and former analyst at KGI Securities, Ming-Chi Kuo, who claimed that the upcoming iPhone models to include a 5.8-inch iPhone X successor, a 6.5-inch OLED based iPhone X Plus and a cheaper 6.1-inch LCD based iPhone.

iPhone 9 with OLED Panel

Contradicting to that report, a new leaked image of an iPhone has surfaced having 6.1-inch of screen featuring an expensive OLED display instead of an LCD. A twitter handle being managed by Mr. White has shared the alleged picture of an iPhone with 6.1-inch of OLED panel.

In the caption of the tweet, it is clearly written “iPhone X 6.1 OLED”. This means that the upcoming 6.1-inch iPhone will boast similar design to iPhone X, that is the bezelless design with a notch for Face ID and camera sensors. However, the introduction of OLED panel will surely boost the price factor. Therefore, the upcoming iPhone with 6.1-inch display will not be a cheaper entity.

The earlier reports suggested that Apple might expect to sell 100 million 6.1-inch LCD iPhones as the phone was assumed to cost almost half the price of iPhone X. However, the latest leak has put everything into doubt at this point, nothing can be said with certainty because Apple hasn’t confirmed any of these reports. Meanwhile, Kuo’s amazing track record suggests that there are more chances that he’s right as compared to this new tipster Mr. White.

Don’t be panic with higher price tag of the upcoming iPhone, just be calm and wait for any official confirmation by Apple. Stay tuned for more updates….
