Motorola – the Lenovo-owned brand has recently introduced a duo of smartphones with brand names of Motorola One and One Power running on the stock version of Android. The Chinese firm has just added another variant of the One Power handset dubbed as Motorola P30 Note that runs ZUI 4.0 under the hood.
Motorola P30 Note – Features
The Motorola P30 Note (as the moniker indicates) carries a larger 6.2-inch IPS LCD panel on the front that supports Full HD+ resolution of 2246 x 1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. The handset offers the trendy ‘notch’ on top that houses selfie shooter and other sensors within. The overall dimensions measure 156 x 76 x 8.4 mm while the smartphone weighs 198 grams.
Lenovo has powered the Motorola P30 Note with a Snapdragon 636 SoC under the hood that is accompanied with two RAM options of 4GB and 6GB size. Whereas the native storage corresponds as 64GB and 128GB to both the RAM variants. If that seems short of your expectations, you have an option of dedicated microSD card slot to expand the storage as you like.
The Motorola P30 Note is equipped with a dual camera setup on the rear having 16MP lens (f/1.8 aperture) and 5MP shooter (f/2.2 aperture). The main camera setup is supported by a dual-tone LED flash for effective photography. On the other hand, a 12MP lens with f/2.0 aperture is affixed on the front to be used as for selfie shooting and video calling.
As mentioned earlier, the P30 Note is preinstalled with ZUI 4.0 flavored version of the Android 8.1 Oreo. However, the handset is dual SIM supported device by default that houses a massive 5,000mAh battery sporting the fast charging features.
Motorola P30 Note – Pricing and Availability
Lenovo has made the Motorola P30 Note available in the Chinese market, as of now, in a single color option of Midnight Black with free JBL L20R headphone. The base model with 4GB RAM is priced at CNY 1,999 (~$292, PKR 36,000) while the higher variant with 6GB RAM option carries a price tag of CNY 2,299 (~$336, PKR 41,400).
