Lenovo, a big name among Chinese Android manufacturers, have unveiled their first smartphone with pure Android experience without any customized skins on top. The new device is named Lenovo K8 Note that follows the footprints of the earlier mid-range devices K6 Note and K7 Note.
Although the K8 Note comes with Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of box but Lenovo has promised timely updates, meaning the phone will likely to get the upcoming Android 8 update.
The K8 Note running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat comes with a metallic build and a plain looking front having the same look but a dual camera setup along with a fingerprint sensor on the back. The smartphone features a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution display.
When we look into deeper side of the smartphone, we see a deca-core Helio X23 MediaTek processor making the K8 Note one of the most-powerful phones in its range. Lenovo has brought two variants of the K8 having different RAM/Storage relations that is a 3 GB/32 GB variant and a 4 GB/64 GB flavour. Storage is expandable via a dedicated microSD card slot so you can’t go wrong with either version in terms of storage.
On the camera front, K8 Note incorporates a dual camera setup with a regular 13 MP sensor coupled with a 5 MP shooter for refocusing and selective blurring. Moreover, phase detection autofocus and a dual LED flash is also included. Lenovo has made available a 13 MP shooter at the front for the selfie lovers as well.
The K8 Note has too many powerful features so as the battery basics that is a spacious battery with 4,000 mAh capacity. The battery also supports turbo-charging functionality.
