Motorola, a subsidiary of China-based Lenovo at the moment, was a US origin company famous for wireless network equipment. The Motorola flip phones have seen an enormous response from the masses in the past but today is an era of smartphone with big names like Apple, Samsung and Huawei in the market.
While we see innovative appearances in the smartphone industry like revolutionary design of the recently released Samsung Galaxy S8 and Huawei P10 with brilliant Leica dual cameras, Motorola has also emerged on scene with mid-range devices – Moto C and Moto C Plus.
According to reports, both the Moto C and Moto C Plus will house a 5-inch display so the term ‘Plus’ on the other phone means a change in specifications rather than display. The Moto C plus will have a 720p HD screen while the Moto C will carry a 420p screen.
Both the phones will run on a 1.3GHz Quad-core processor while the C Plus will be 4G LTE ready, the Moto C will come in two variants, one with 4G LTE and one with 3G. The phones will either have an 8 GB or 16GB internal storage; not yet confirmed.
We will see a 5MP lens at the rear of Moto C while the Moto C Plus will come filled with an 8MP rear camera and 2 MP selfie shooter.
As far as batteries are concerned, we’ll see a huge difference among Moto C and Moto C Plus. The former will carry a 2350mAh battery while the latter will house a huge 4000mAh power source.
