OnePlus is a famed Chinese brand in the Android market that is known for its “Flagship Killer” devices challenging the big names every year. Although last year’s OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T couldn’t get much attention but the upcoming OnePlus 6 is reported with different intentions.
OnePlus 6 Benchmark Tests
Android Central has shared interesting AnTuTu Benchmark results achieved by OnePlus 6 with code name of OnePlus A6000. The result sheet reveals that the upcoming Flagship Killer has outperformed all existing big guns including iPhone X and Galaxy S9 in terms of speed.
Fast CPU of OnePlus 6 has managed to beat the previous champion – a mysterious device powered by Snapdragon 845 chipset with an overall score of 276,510. We know that OnePlus 6 would embed the same Snapdragon 845 processor accompanied by an 8GB RAM, it is likely to see a powerful device for gaming and multi-tasking.
The Benchmark leak has also affirmed introduction of top notch for OnePlus 6 like iPhone X. The device would be taller in size with empty space at the top hinting towards an exact space for the notch.
It must be noted that a higher benchmark score doesn’t necessarily mean a flawless user experience but if the leak proves true, we may have an interesting competition among the flagship devices and the flagship killer.
Though OnePlus might make the device official as early as next month, it is likely that the device will be released in June.
