The corporation is all set to introduce a mobile money transfer solution under the private and public partnership. Now the citizens will be able to send money to their loved ones without getting entangled in the outdated money order system.

The trend of online money transfer was introduced in Pakistan with the launch of Easypaisa followed by JazzCash and many others enabling instant money transfer at an ease. This popularity has forced Pakistan Post to quit the outdated system and digitize its operations to compete with various private services and companies.
It is also working towards digitizing its post offices in the country to provide better services to the people.

Pakistan Post Mobile Money Transfer Service

According to details, Pakistan Post has decided to transform its manual money transfer system into a digital one meeting all the international standards. A smartphone app will be launched with bunch of options including money transferring, utility bills payment, mobile top up and much more.

They have already established POSTLOG, a logistics company under this project. It is yet unknown how this service will give tough time to already present services like TCS, Daewoo etc. who dominate the logistics market for intra-country transfers.
