HMD Global officially announced new Nokia 2018 lineup at the MWC 2018 last month including four smartphones and a feature phone. The company has now collaborated with Amazon and started taking pre-orders for Nokia 8 Sirocco and Nokia 7 Plus in three of the European countries – France, Italy and Spain. Although a slight price tag fluctuation is there depending on the country but it remains close to the official launch price announced by the Finnish giant.

Nokia 8 Sirocco in Europe

nokia-8-siroccoThe Nokia 8 Sirocco is the latest and the most powerful high-end flagship device by HMD Global so far. The device features enhanced Dual-Sight, ZEISS optics and carefully tuned acoustics with Nokia spatial audio making the smartphone an ultra-compact powerhouse. The device offers a premium design with a glass back, a stainless steel frame and IP68 certification that makes it waterproof.

The Nokia 8 Sirocco is just 2mm thick that sports a 5.5-inch curved edge-to-edge pOLED 2K panel at the front with smaller bezels and molded body curves to create an ultra-compact profile. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 835 chipset by Qualcomm along with 6GB RAM and 128GB of native storage.

On the rear side, there is a dual camera setup with resolutions of 12 + 13 MP, while the selfie snapper has a 5 MP resolution. The battery has a capacity of 3260 mAh.

Nokia 8 Sirocco is up for pre-orders with a price tag of €755 in France, €767 in Italy and €761 in Spain whereas the original launch price of the device is €749.

Nokia 7 Plus in Europe

The device suits good for browsing, social media engagements, gaming and watching entertainment stuff.

HMD Global has packed a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset under the hood to power up the device under optimized and integrated environment to ensure maximum performance and battery life. The smartphone is equipped with an optimized and powerful 3,800 mAh battery unit to keep Nokia 7 Plus delivering its best for two days.

The Nokia 7 Plus is made to capture moments of life with its optical hardware and imaging algorithms ready to share with others or store in a safe place. The smartphone features the trendy dual 12MP sensors at the rear offered by ZEISS optics enriched with Dual-Sight features. The wide-angle primary shooter ensures better results in low-light as well as extra-bright conditions.

For selfie enthusiasts, Nokia 7 Plus offers another 13MP sensor on the front that delivers 2 x optical zoom for the snaps.

Nokia 7 Plus is up for pre-orders with a price tag of €402 in France, €409 in Italy and €405 in Spain.
