Samsung, the global leader in smartphone industry, has launched their latest and most advanced Galaxy Note 8 smartphone in Pakistan at a glamorous event held in Lahore, where the President of Samsung Pakistan – Mr. Y.J. Kim was the chief guest. The Note 8 features the fascinating S-Pen and numerous other revolutionary technologies, to enrich the lives of tech-savvy consumers.

This long-awaited smartphone redefines what you can do with a phone and inspires the users to ‘Do Bigger Things’. Some of the fascinating features of the Note 8 include; a 6.3-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED (Infinity) display, Android 7.1.1 Nougat Operating System, 64GB internal memory (expandable). The device boasts a powerful Dual 12MP camera at the back with OIS and a Wide-angle f/1.7, telephoto lens, along with an 8MP front-camera. All this is powered by a 3300 mAh battery.


The smartphone was globally launched on 23rd August whereas the company quickly started taking pre-orders in Pakistan in the early September.

The glamorous launch event featured many famous celebrities including Anwar Maqsood, Maheen Khan (Designer), Zara Peerzada and Arif Mahmood (Photographer), presenting their mesmerizing performances. These artists expressed their delight on experiencing the unique features of Galaxy Note 8.

The event started off with Samsung thanking the true believers of Note line that stuck with the company even after the whole Note 7 debacle. Mr. Y J Kim, President Samsung EC Pakistan officially launched the device in the country with the words ” This is Galaxy Note 8″ while showing the awe-inspiring device to the audience.

The President of Samsung Pakistan & Afghanistan Mr. Y. J. Kim stated, “We are proud to introduce this power-packed device, which promises a whole new world of infotainment and multi-tasking, with powerful global connectivity, for the consumers aspiring to excel in today’s highly competitive and fast-paced world. It empowers and inspires the user to do, what others think they can’t-do.”

This Note 8 is priced at Rs. 108,999/- in Pakistan and is available in three attractive colours; Maple Gold, Midnight Black, and Orchid Grey. The pre-booking of this device had already begun from 4th September till 24-September-2017.
