Samsung unveiled its latest flagship duo of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ at the MWC 2018 in February and announced to bring both devices to global markets very soon. Like other emerging markets of the region, Samsung Pakistan has come up with an announcement to start pre-booking for Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ that will last till March 10th. However, smartphones will be shipped 5 days later.
According to details, Samsung fans may head on to the Samsung official webpage and pre-book their favourite device now. The devices with 64GB memory option are available at the moment with Midnight Black, Titanium Grey and Lila Purple color options to choose from.
The Galaxy S9 will cost you for Rs. 103,000 whereas the Galaxy S9+ is offered for price tag of Rs. 114,000. Samsung has also announced a coupon of worth Rs. 5,000 with every pre-order. However, it is unclear how the coupon may be used.
Keeping in view the international pricing of both these devices, it is evident that Pakistani customers will have to pay more, putting the S9 siblings in the same price range of iPhone X in Pakistan:
|Device||International Price||Pakistani Price||Difference|
|Galaxy S9 (64GB)||$740 (~PKR 81,900)||PKR 103,000||+21,100|
|Galaxy S9+ (64GB)||$840 (~PKR 92,900)||PKR 114,000||+21,100|
