Asus has announced a number of Android smartphones under the brand name of Zenfone. We have already shared details of Zenfone 4 in an earlier post. Here is another device mainly focused on Selfie features as the name implies – Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro. Here the company has introduced a dual camera setup on the front rather than the back of smartphone.

The Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro features a metal finish on the outer side while the display comes with 1080p resolution, along with an AMOLED panel instead of an LCD one and a 2.5D curved glass front.

Under the hood you’ll have an an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor along with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, which is expandable by using dedicated microSD card slot. Connectivity of the device is covered by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE and microUSB, which takes its place instead of USB Type-C.

The main camera is a sole 16 MP shooter with LED Flash on the back. Whereas the main focus is the front sensor having a dual 12 MP lens that can take 24 MP videos through software trickery. It is followed by a 5 MP 120-degree wide-angle lens, as well as the customary LED Flash. There’s even the option of shooting 4K video from the front-end. The cameras come through the courtesy of Sony and OmniVision.

In the end, the power source is kept to bare 3,000 mAh and that too without fast-charging support.
